Help grow an award-winning practice as our senior project architect

We are looking for an experienced project architect with a strong background in residential work, to join us.

We have a number of exciting residential projects and are looking for a highly motivated, talented person to join our team and assist on all stages of projects. You would need to be confident and approachable, with the ability to lead projects with initiative and dynamism. We are looking for someone who has experience in all stages of residential projects, is hard-working, and is passionate about what they do.

Candidates should possess the following:

1. Experience in working on residential projects.
2. Part 3 qualification.
3. A minimum of five years post-Part 3 experience within the UK.
4. Project-running experience in the UK with solid contract-administration experience.
5. Detailing and construction drawing skills
and excellent 3D digital modeling skills (SketchUp or Rhino).
6. 2D Vectorworks experience essential.
7. Exceptional presentation skills.
8. Fluent in spoken and written English.
9. The ability to manage workloads under time pressure.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is friendly, honest, proactive with excellent communication skills and is not afraid to speak up.

We offer a flexible working environment and work 4.5 days, finishing every Friday at 2 pm.
